This application provides read-only access to publicly available court hearing data from the İBB (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) trial in Turkey.
Minimal request metadata (source IP, country, timestamp, rate-limit key) is retained by Cloudflare for abuse prevention. These logs are automatically rotated per Cloudflare's retention schedule (typically 24 hours to 30 days depending on plan tier) and are not shared with third parties. No request body or response body is logged.
When this service is consumed through an AI assistant marketplace (for example ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), the assistant platform operates under its own privacy policy for handling your prompt and the tool-call results it receives. Açıksilivri Havadis itself does not interact with those platforms beyond responding to the MCP tool calls they forward on your behalf.
This application does not require authentication. All data served is public court record.
All data is sourced from publicly accessible court hearing transcripts, official indictments, and journalist reporting on the İBB (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) trial. Original sources are referenced in each record where applicable.
Because no personal data about API consumers is collected or processed, typical data-subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability) do not apply to this service. For questions about the processing of personal data about attendees who appear in the public court records (which is governed by Turkish judicial transparency law), contact us at the address below.
This tool does not provide legal advice. It is an information-retrieval service intended for judicial transparency purposes.
