Açıksilivri Havadis — Terms of Service

Service Description

Açıksilivri Havadis is a read-only API that provides structured access to publicly available court hearing data from the İBB (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) trial in Turkey.

Acceptable Use

• This service is intended for informational and judicial transparency purposes only.
• You may not use this service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• You may not attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Automated access is permitted within the published rate limits (60 requests per minute per IP).
• Consumption through AI assistant marketplaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is permitted under these same terms. The assistant platform operates under its own terms of service for the prompt-and-response flow; this service only governs the data returned by its tools.

Data Accuracy

Data is sourced from publicly accessible court hearing transcripts and official records. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or timeliness. This service does not constitute legal advice.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.

Rate Limiting

Requests are rate-limited to 60 per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429).

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use of this service or reliance on the data it provides.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
